Timeline
1975
The Beginning
Founded by Sh. Kedarnath Agarwal along with his four sons. Initiated operations in coal procurement and brick kiln (bhatta) supply across UP, Punjab, Odisha, Haryana, and Meghalaya.
1992
A Landmark Partnership
Secured long-term fly ash supply agreements with NTPC and Japan-based Kumagai-Skanska-HCC-Itochu. This marked the beginning of nationwide reliability and global collaboration.
2006
Concrete Expansion
Ventured into Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), Fly Ash, Fly Ash Cement Bricks, and AAC Blocks. Scaled automated production to support India’s fast-growing urban landscape.
2012
Nation-Building Begins
Forayed into large-scale infrastructure projects across highways, metro corridors, hospitals, and both public and private institutions.
2014
Green by Design
Expanded into high-grade fly ash processing with a sharp focus on sustainable construction solutions.

Engineering the Future
Established the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) division to deliver smart, scalable industrial and warehousing solutions.
